Setting

Lost & Found is an agency in another universe. It is part Amber, part Doom Patrol, and part Warehouse 13. The characters are extraordinary heroes or superheroes from their respective universes.

Environment

The décor of Lost & Found varies. In the vicinity of the front desk, the floors are black and white checkerboard linoleum, the long front desk is a massive oak edifice, and the furnishings are wood and metal. The lighting is fluorescent.

The scores of offices on the main and adjacent floors are decorated in a similar fashion, although most of them are unused. The doors are heavy wood, with a single square, safety-wire reinforced, frosted glass window. The desks are metal, mint green, and indestructible. The chairs are either metal or wood, and have casters.

Further into the back, one may encounter virtually any architectural style.

Time

Lost & Found exists in a state of temporal abeyance. Time seems to pass, but you don’t age. Any illnesses or injuries you might be suffering from don’t get any worse, but they don’t get any better, either.

The temporal drift between Lost & Found and other universes can vary, but it is usually close to 1:1.

Rules

These are in order of importance.

  1. Do not do anything which will bring negative attention to Lost & Found.
  2. Do not needlessly endanger yourself.
  3. Fulfill your assigned missions.
  4. Avoid local attachments.
  5. Do not reveal the existence of Lost & Found.

Technology and equipment

Explosives and energy weapons don’t work in Lost & Found. Other than that, devices brought into Lost & Found usually work.

The technology of Lost & Found itself appears to be mid-20th century, for the most part. Pneumatic tubes are the delivery mechanism of choice for messages and people (although the PCs won’t know this for a while). Screens are boxy, toaster-size CRTs with black screens and glowing green letters made of small but visible dots. Messages are typed on green and white fanfold paper by a daisy wheel printer

Game System

The game uses Kalos Mechanism 4e.

Important Notes

This is a template for you to use to build your Lost_&_Found campaign site. You do not need to keep any of it: it's just here to help you. However, keep the following in mind when editing your pages.

Be Responsible

Adding Your Players

If your players do not already have accounts at RPG Nexus, you can add them so that they can edit their own character pages. To create an account for your players, use this link: Create account
